Enabling Access to Affordable and Sustainable Cooling

The India Cooling Coalition (ICC) is a dynamic multi-stakeholder group comprising non-profits, academic and research institutions, and industry associations dedicated to sustainable cooling research and application. It serves as a national platform for dialogue with diverse stakeholders, recommending policy initiatives to ensure the success of government programs while advocating for affordable and sustainable cooling for all. With 23 member organisations, the ICC aims to accelerate the implementation of the India Cooling Action Plan and strategically address developmental challenges aligned with national and international commitments such as the Kigali Amendment, the Paris Agreement, and the Sustainable Development Goals.

India Cooling Coalition (ICC) Phase VI Kick-off Meeting and Roundtable

Phase VI of the India Cooling Coalition (ICC) will focus on bolstering strategic collaboration and communication, with the aim of enhancing the Coalition’s role as a driving force in the implementation of the India Cooling Action Plan (ICAP). The Phase VI Kick-off meeting will offer a platform to shape the direction of this new phase, share insights, and explore synergies that will amplify efforts towards sustainable cooling solutions. As a key feature of the event, a roundtable discussion will focus on developing a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework based on ICAP’s recommendations.
